About The Role
We are looking for a motivated and versatile individual who is passionate about fashion, luxury goods, and delivering exceptional customer service. As a Customer Support Consultant, you’ll play a crucial role in providing an outstanding experience for our clients, helping to maintain the reputation of our brand. This is a full-time position, ideal for someone with a background in areas such as fashion, communication, business, marketing, linguistics, or related fields.
Your Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers across multiple channels, offering timely and professional assistance with product inquiries, order updates, and any issues they may encounter.
- Handle customer concerns with empathy and a solution-focused mindset, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Manage the processing of orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently, while keeping detailed records.
- Gather customer insights and share feedback with the team to help enhance our customer experience.
- Prepare regular reports on workflow, complex cases, and any unique issues that arise, both proactively and when requested.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest information on our products, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate answers and guidance.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills, timely task completion, and active participation in company updates and workshops.

- Flexibility to work weekends, with two regular days off during the standard workweek (Mon-Fri).
