About The Role

We are seeking a visionary Creative Director to lead Cavaier’s creative direction and help craft a compelling brand story. This role is a blend of strategic planning, creative execution, and leadership. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on developing engaging content and is passionate about connecting with our audience through innovative storytelling.

Your Responsibilities:

• Define and implement creative strategies across digital, print, web, and event projects.
• Manage the execution of creative projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Present ideas and design concepts to the Marketing team, effectively communicating the vision.
• Adapt creative strategies to align with market trends and evolving business needs.
• Exhibit strong creative judgment and bring new ideas during brainstorming sessions.
• Leverage customer insights and cultural trends to make data-driven creative decisions.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of UI/UX and the capabilities of major social media platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with industry advancements, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
• Motivate and inspire the team to think creatively and embrace innovative solutions.

What You Bring:

• Expertise in design software, including Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
• Proven experience in building strong brand identity and crafting compelling communication materials.
• A creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
