This policy explains how we process and ship orders placed on cavaier.com and our country-specific domains. It does not apply to orders placed on us.cavaier.com (United States), which has its own terms.
Order processing time
Please allow 2–4 business days for us to process your order after payment is confirmed. Each order is picked, quality-checked and packed by our team before dispatch. During sale periods and peak seasons, processing may take up to 5 business days.
Once your order has shipped, we send a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you don't receive it, please check your spam folder or our FAQ. Some orders may need additional confirmation of address or payment before they can be shipped — please check your inbox for any follow-up emails after ordering.
Where orders ship from
Orders are dispatched from our fulfillment locations, which may be inside or outside the EU/EEA depending on the item and your delivery country. This can affect whether import charges apply to your order — see "Customs, taxes and duties" below.
Shipping time
Standard shipping typically takes 6–10 business days from dispatch. Shipping times are estimates and run from the date of dispatch, not the order date. Delivery can take longer due to an incorrect address, customs clearance, or other factors outside our control.
Holiday periods: carriers handle high volumes during peak seasons and some orders may be delayed. If your order is more than 4 business days past its expected delivery date, please contact us.
Shipping rates
We currently offer free standard shipping. Where a paid or expedited shipping option applies, the cost is calculated from the weight, size and destination of your order and is shown at checkout before you complete your purchase, so you can review it first.
Customs, taxes and duties
Depending on your delivery country, your order may be subject to import VAT, customs duties or handling charges.
- Where these are collected at checkout, the total shown at checkout is the full amount you pay, and no further import charges are due on delivery.
- Where they are not collected at checkout, they may be charged by the carrier or the customs authority on or before delivery, and are the customer's responsibility.
These charges are set by the destination country's authorities, vary by country, and are outside our control, so we cannot calculate them in advance. We recommend checking your country's import rules if you are unsure.
Norway
For orders to Norway, Cavaier AB is registered under the VOEC scheme. For eligible low-value goods (currently up to NOK 3,000 per item), Norwegian VAT is included in the price you pay at checkout, and no further VAT or customs charges apply on delivery. Goods above the VOEC threshold may be subject to import charges collected on arrival. Standard shipping charges, where they apply, are separate and shown at checkout.
Lost, delayed or damaged packages
We work with our carriers to deliver within the estimated time, but we are not responsible for delays caused by weather, incorrect address details, or other carrier issues outside our control.
Until you receive your order, the risk of loss or damage in transit is ours. If your order is lost in transit, does not arrive, or arrives damaged, contact us at info@cavaier.com with your order number and we will put it right — by reshipment or refund as appropriate. Where tracking shows the order as delivered but you have not received it, we will open an investigation with the carrier to resolve it.
Please contact us about a missing or delayed package as soon as reasonably possible after the expected delivery date, so we can act while the carrier's claim window is still open.
Refused or uncollected deliveries
If a parcel is refused or not collected and is returned to us, any refund is handled in accordance with our Returns, Refunds & Consumer Rights policy.
