Politique de remboursement
All returns must be made within 14 days from the date of receiving the item. Returns will not be accepted if requested over 14 days passed the delivery date noted on the order tracking. Due to Christmas Time, the returns/exchanges period for orders placed between the 15th of November and the 10 of December will be extended until the 10th of January.
Pierced earrings including earring pendants are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety.
If you choose to return a non faulty item please bear in mind that you will have to pay for the shipping costs. We suggest that you use safe shipping methods such as certified mail or courier, as we will not take responsibility if the item is lost.
If you are unhappy with your purchase or would like to return your items, please send your item(s) back to our warehouse.
Your return needs to arrive back to our warehouse within 14 days after it’s been delivered. It is your responsibility to send the item/s back to Cavaier’s warehouse if you require a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for the cost of your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Warranty Duration: We provide a warranty period of two (2) years from the date of purchase for all eligible products/services. This warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Coverage: During the warranty period, if the product/service is found to be defective due to faulty materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace the product/service, at our discretion, free of charge.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accident, alteration, neglect, natural disasters, unauthorized repair, or any other circumstances beyond our control. Additionally, consumable parts and accessories may not be covered by this warranty.
Claims Process: In the event of a warranty claim, the customer must provide proof of purchase and contact us through the designated channels. We reserve the right to request additional information or evidence to validate the claim.
