Here are frequently asked questions concerning Cavaier

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


If you can't find your order confirmation, please have a look in your spam folder. It should be sent within 10 minutes of your order. If you have received your order confirmation but not your shipping confirmation it's most likely because it has not been shipped yet or has been shipped the same day but  you won't receive the tracking and shipping confirmation until later in the afternoon. 

We usually ship within 1-3 business days if the item is in stock. Depending if you submitted your phone number or mail while ordering, your tracking information is emailed or messaged to all customers when the package has been dispatched. If you haven't received this mail or sms please contact us. 

If you have ordered with (DHL Express, your parcel should not be delayed. If it's still delayed please contact us or contact DHL directly and ask them about your parcel. 

If you have ordered with Free Shipping, shipping times may be affected by the pandemic and some countries experience delays at the moment. It may take up to 25 Business days to deliver to some countries. Delays caused by the Pandemic is out of our control and we wish you have patience and can contact you local postal carrier for information.

If a delivery attempt fails, it will sometimes be delivered to the nearest service point, we therefore ask you to call your local postal carrier to see where to pick it up. Please try to search for your parcel via your local post carrier or search your package at universal site to find out more information that may not be available via our provided tracking link. If you are struggling with this contact us and we will help you sort its out.


 What is the return address?

Please email Info@cavaier.com for the return address and instructions. We can not always answer Instagram DM's and Facebook Messages.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
