All Cavaier watches have quartz movement.

1. Pull out the crown to Click Position 1.
2. Turn it counter clockwise to the wanted date.*
3. When the date is set, push back the crown all the way.
*Don’t set the date between 9AM and 1PM.

1. Position any end of the strap changing tool in the slot on the clasp. Lift the bar in the direction facing away from the straight pin.
2. Shift the adjustable buckle to the desired position.
3. Press the slotted clasp closed. Done!

Our 24 month warranty covers manufactural failures on the following parts: Movement, hands, dial and markers.
For the warranty to be valid you must be able to show an order confirmation or receipt to confirm the date of the purchase and from which store.

To get the watch repaired under the warranty, there must be an original manufactural failure that is covered by the warranty policy. Please read the section above for more information.

Our 24 month warranty does not cover:
Defects and damages due to loss, theft, fire, water.Damages like knocks, dents, chrushing, broken glass etc, caused by improper use and carelessness.Failure or damage caused by unjustifiable repair or modification.Changes and defects in estetics cause by normal every day use, like scratches, color changes in the case or watch band.Battery, wristband, crown, or glass.For the Warranty to be valid you need to prove the date of your purchase and which store/website it was bought in. We only accept receipt from official Cavaier retailers.

The repair time is dependent on if we have the spare parts in stock. A normal repair should be finished within 3 weeks from the date of reception.

The battery is expected to last 2-3 years. The lasting time can however depend on outer conditions like weather and temperature.

Set the time on 12:00 and make sure the crown is pushed in all the way. Wait 15 minutes to see if the minute hand has moved.

When your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you by email. Please note that it might take up to 3 days before you receive the email.

When you have placed your order it will be handled by logistics as soon as possible. Once it is ready it will be shipped and a tracking number will be sent to you by email. Parcels will not be transfered during weekdays and national holidays.
The delivery time is approximately 2-7 working days. Please note that the delivery time depends on which country it is shipped to and it can take longer because of national custom rules that is out of our control.
